1. About us
Rox HSEQ Solutions is a Ghana-based Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and ESG consulting company. We provide consulting, audits, training, ISO management-system support, USACE CQM and EM 385-1-1 support, ESG advisory, telecom tower audits, risk assessment, incident investigation, custom HSEQ documents and editable professional resources. 2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, requesting services or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Product information and orders
We aim to describe each product accurately, including its format and principal contents. Your order is accepted after payment has been successfully verified. We may contact you to confirm delivery details or investigate a suspected duplicate or unauthorised transaction.
4. Prices and payment
The applicable price and currency will be displayed before payment. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for any charges applied by your bank or card provider.
5. Digital delivery
Digital products are normally sent to the email address supplied during checkout within 24 hours after payment is verified. The full rules appear in our Delivery Policy.
6. Licence and prohibited use
Purchase grants a limited licence for the purchaser or purchasing organisation to edit and use the product internally. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Rox HSEQ Solutions. Resale, public posting, sublicensing and redistribution are prohibited. See the Digital Product Licence.
7. Refunds
Refunds are assessed under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Professional responsibility and disclaimer
HSEQ templates and guidance are general professional resources, not a substitute for site-specific risk assessment, competent professional review, legal advice, engineering judgement or approval by a regulator, client or certification body. You are responsible for adapting each resource to your organisation, workplace, project, workforce and applicable law, contract and standard.
9. Consulting and custom documents
Consulting, training and customised document work are governed by the agreed proposal, scope, timetable and fee. Where an agreed proposal conflicts with these general terms, the signed or otherwise accepted proposal controls for that engagement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rox HSEQ Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a resource, failure to customise it or reliance on it without competent review. Our total liability relating to a digital product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Privacy
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future use or purchases. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
