Delivery Policy

1. Delivery method

Files or secure download instructions will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. No physical item is shipped. Please enter and check your email address carefully before payment.

2. Delivery timing

The 24-hour period starts after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. Security checks, incomplete contact information, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. We will communicate any known material delay.

3. What customers should check

If delivery has not appeared, first check the spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm that the purchase email address is correct. Then contact us with the product name, payment date and transaction reference.

4. File access and compatibility

Product descriptions state the supplied formats, which may include Word, Excel and PDF. The customer is responsible for compatible software and for storing a secure backup after delivery. If a delivered file is corrupted or does not match the advertised format, contact us for assistance or replacement.
