Digital Product Licence

Effective date: 26 July 2026

Licence summary: One purchaser or purchasing organisation may edit and use the product for its own internal operations and projects. The product may not be resold, publicly posted or redistributed.

1. Licence grant

After full payment, Rox HSEQ Solutions grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, store, edit, print and use the purchased product for the purchaser's internal HSEQ activities.

2. Permitted use

Customise the product with the purchasing organisation's name, branding and project information.
Use the adapted documents within the purchasing organisation and its controlled project teams.
Print reasonable copies for internal training, implementation, audit and recordkeeping.
Share necessary working copies with the purchaser's employees and directly engaged advisers who are bound to protect the material.

3. Prohibited use

Resell, rent, sublicense or commercially distribute the original or an adapted product.
Upload the product to a public website, shared public drive, template marketplace or file-sharing service.
Provide the product to unrelated organisations, clients or contractors for their independent reuse.
Remove or misrepresent copyright, licence or authorship notices.
Claim ownership of Rox HSEQ Solutions' underlying template design or content.

4. Ownership

The purchase is a licence, not a transfer of copyright or other intellectual-property ownership. Rox HSEQ Solutions retains ownership of the underlying product and may license it to other customers.

5. Professional adaptation

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and adapting the resource for its actual hazards, legal jurisdiction, contract, client requirements and workforce. Purchase does not represent approval or certification by any regulator, client, professional body or certification organisation.

6. Breach and additional licences

The licence may end if these conditions are materially breached and the breach is not corrected after notice. Contact [email protected] to discuss use by multiple companies, resale rights or other licensing needs.
