Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website, request professional services or purchase a digital product from Rox HSEQ Solutions. By proceeding with a purchase or accepting a proposal, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept the applicable product description, price, delivery arrangements and policies.

Business and services

Rox HSEQ Solutions is a Ghana-based HSEQ and ESG consulting company providing consulting, audits, training, ISO management-system support, USACE CQM and EM 385-1-1 support, ESG advisory, telecom tower audits, risk assessment, incident investigation, custom HSEQ documents and editable professional resources.

Orders, prices and payments

The applicable product or service description, price and currency will be displayed or agreed before payment. Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully verified.

Digital products and delivery

Digital products are normally sent to the email address supplied during checkout within 24 hours after payment verification. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and using software compatible with the advertised Word, Excel or PDF formats.

Permitted use

A digital-product purchase grants the purchaser or purchasing organisation a limited right to edit and use the files internally. Resale, public posting, sublicensing or redistribution is prohibited. Copyright and ownership of the underlying product remain with Rox HSEQ Solutions.

Professional responsibility

Templates and guidance must be adapted to the customer's actual workplace, project, risks, jurisdiction, contract and client requirements. They do not replace site-specific assessment, competent professional review, legal advice or approval by a regulator, client or certification body.

Consulting and custom work

Consulting, training and customised-document engagements are governed by the agreed proposal, scope, timetable and fee. Where an accepted proposal differs from these general terms, the engagement-specific agreement applies.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Privacy Policy

Rox HSEQ Solutions collects only the personal information reasonably needed to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, process orders, deliver services and products, provide customer support and meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, project details, purchase information and communications. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by this website.

How information is used

• Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals.
• Verifying purchases and delivering digital products.
• Providing consulting, training and customer support.
• Maintaining business, tax, accounting and dispute records.
• Preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.

Service providers and security

We may use service providers for website hosting, enquiry forms, email and payment processing, including Cloudflare, FormSubmit and Paystack. We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law.

Your choices and contact

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law or contract. Send privacy enquiries to [email protected].

Refund Policy

Because editable digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once delivery has been completed. This does not affect customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When assistance or a remedy may be available

• A duplicate charge was made for the same order.
• The purchased product was not delivered within the stated period.
• The supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened in the advertised format.
• The delivered product is materially different from its description.
• The payment was made without the customer's authorisation.

Requests should be sent to [email protected] within seven days after delivery or the date delivery was due. Include the purchaser's name, product, transaction reference, purchase email and reason for the request. Depending on the circumstances, we may resend or replace the files, provide access assistance or approve a full or partial refund through the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered by email within 24 hours after successful payment verification. No physical item is shipped. Customers should check spam and junk folders and contact us with the product name, payment date and transaction reference if delivery has not arrived.

Digital Product Licence

One purchaser or purchasing organisation may edit, print and use the purchased resource for its own internal HSEQ operations and projects. The files may not be resold, rented, sublicensed, publicly posted or redistributed to unrelated organisations.
